Tee is a passionate outdoorsman and conservationist, a Co-founder & Principal of First Earth, the President of Broad Water, and the Managing Director of Atoka Conservation Exchange. For thirteen years he has run summer youth outdoor programs in Virginia introducing thousands of children to the wonders of Virginia’s wild places. Tee is on the board of Virginia Forever, The enrichmond Foundation and The Center for Natural Capital. A St. Christopher’s School alumnae, a 1996 graduate of the University of Georgia, he lives in Richmond, VA with his wife and two children
Dedicated to environmental markets since 2005, Charlie is the founder and a Director of Atoka Conservation Exchange where he is professionally involved in the development and management of client-based projects culminating in the monetization of land, water and air assets. He is dedicated to climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies using market-based mechanisms such as carbon finance, alternative energy instruments and water benefit certifications. He has originated and transacted more than $70,000,000 of market activity. Charlie is also a co-founder and Board Member of Hull Street Action, a community organization with the aim to identify and unify community development activities impacting the economic development, housing, public safety and cultural identity of Hull Street in Richmond. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, a rehabilitator of historic properties, a licensed realtor, and lives in Richmond, VA with his wife and four children.
